As Yuji returns home, he sees Shana lying injured in his yard. He offers to help, but she tells him to go away.
Meanwhile, Friagne has a problem - someone is eliminating Torches. He apparently needs torches for his plan, and is consequently rather pissed. (Gee, and I thought he just smiled and hugged dolls all the time.) We get a glimpse of who's eliminating the Torches, and it's the old man shown briefly two episodes ago.
The next morning Yuji sets off for school, but Shana is no longer in his yard. (WAIT, he left her there?) Anyway, when Yuji gets to school, he ends up scheduled for a date with Yoshida.

Unfortunately, he doesn't realize it's a date. /gg
Majorie meanwhile decides to enlist a guide to aid in her search for this 'Corpse Retriever'. She saves Satou and Tanaka from some thugs, thereby securing their help.
Shana's not present at school, and she doesn't really play a part in this episode at all. Alastor does question why she isn't keeping a better eye on the Mistes, though.
Tanaka has taken to calling Majorie 'Ane-san', and she questions them about any odd events. Meanwhile, Friagne has tracked the interference of his plans to a location, and plans to deal with it personally.

Hey hey now, that isn't information you just throw around.
Majorie is still with Satou and Tanaka when she sees a black Fuzetsu(?), and immediately heads there. Friagne is surprised to not find his prey, but he doesn't have time to worry about that as Majorie approaches.
At the art museum, Yuji and Yoshida are having a rather enjoyable date until Yuji sees a Torch disappear. He immediately sees the old man in the distance, who has obviously just taken the Torch's flame. Yuji is immediately alarmed, and moves to shield Yoshida. However, the old man says he does not intend to harm Yuji, and invites him for a talk.
Cut to useless banter between Majorie and Friagne, then back to Yuji and friends.

Well, it's not like you wouldn't have figured out the 'Corpse Retriever' part by now. (Yoshida's feeling a bit left out, though. ;_;)
He plainly identifies himself as a Guze no Tomogara. tl;dr he only eats dim Torches and not people so he's not really a 'bad guy' per-say.
Back to Majorie and Friagne, Friagne makes a fool out of Majorie and then runs away. Again.
More tl;dr with Yuji and Rammie, Yuji finds out his flame's still bright, and that Friagne is planning to destroy the city.

Well then, now Yuji's got something to really fight for.
With the appearance of Majorie and Rammie, Friagne wants to accelerate his plan.

Alastor finally decides that Yuji will be a serious obstruction, I guess. Zannen.
Thoughts:
I know I did some major summarizing this episode, but a lot of it was just filler talk. The fact that I'm tired and my hands are really cold probably also played a part. Seems things are really about to take off, though, seeing as how Friagne is going to get SRSLY now and Alastor wants to kill Yuji.

Lawl fine I’ll go do season two if you put up Bamboo Blade 13 so we don’t have any fragmented series. >_>
