Losing track of Alzeid and Hi-tan in the rain, Rahzel seeks shelter in a nearby mansion. She is initially rejected by the older sister, but the younger sister's altruism saves Rahzel. Once inside, Rahzel finds that Alzeid and Hi-tan are already present.

I'm getting some Brock vibes here…
Rahzel is taking a bath when the older sister, named Madeila, enters with a proposition. She wants to attend university, but doesn't have enough money because her parents do not support her. Madeila wants Rahzel's help in finding her late grandfather's buried treasure, which she will split with Rahzel. Rahzel does not seem receptive to the idea (but we know she'll do it anyway…), so Madeila storms off. Hi-tan has somehow snuck into the bathroom, and when Rahzel realizes he's there, she dunks him.

Comic relief character causes comic relief.
Late that night, Rahzel bursts into Madeila's room, saying it's treasure hunting time. Despite chafing at the former's impeccable timing, Madeila goes along. When they reach the entrance, Alzeid and Hi-tan join up, forming a merry crew. Throughout the various traps and dangers, Rahzel continually teases Madeila, since the latter had refused to shelter her. She also goes around pressing buttons that obvious activate traps.

Rahzel at her best.
Not long after, the ground caves in, and the group get stuck on a lower level.
At this point, Madeila's defeatist personality irks Rahzel to the point where she slaps the former - with a slipper taken from the mansion, no less.

At the expense of the serious situation…

…I laughed.
Shortly thereafter, the group finds a pool of water that is connected to the outside. Rahzel uses her magic to encase the other three in air, allowing them to swim farther. A momentary crisis is presented when Madeila recalls Rahzel saying she can't swim. However, Rahzel pops up behind Hi-tan, scaring the latter and saying that she's 'never swam before', not 'can't swim'.

B-BAHSAHKAH?
A short walk away brings the group to the coveted treasure - a fossil of a flying dinosaur. Madeila remembers her grandfather's words now, despite the fact that the 'treasure' has no monetary value. This series of events causes a (almost) complete personality change, and Madeila is now ready to tackle the future. She intends to run away from home.

Ooh, shiny.
As they say their farewells, Madeila says that she would definitely risk herself to save Rahzel and company, furthering the evidence of her turnaround.
Thoughts:
Ha, so I'm still watching this. I'm relatively intrigued with Rahzel's character design - or maybe I just like the animation studio. Rahzel's constantly superiority complex is also a plus, although I'm sure anyone else would find her plain annoying. As usual, the episode features a stand-alone adventure, with any serious or emotional scenes tainted by some ridiculous event. I am (slightly) ashamed to say that I did laugh a few times during this episode, even though it was obvious they were trying too hard.
I'll be back for the next episode… sad as that may be.
