At the Lagrange 1 Resource Satellites, the Gundams get new weapon attachments. Kyrios gets a tail booster, Virtue gets another GN Bazooka, and the entire Dynames unit is replaced.

Ms. Sumeragi reveals the specifics of the new Pontiac Trans-Am System; by releasing all stored GN particles, performance is tripled for a few minutes, but then drops drastically for a recharge. Having one hell of a present, Lockon seems happy, until the team finds out that Ali Al-Sarges stole the Throne Zwei.

After various zoom-arounds and scene swaps, and some philosophical discussion, the fight finally begins.

Kyrios shows off the enhanced mobility and firepower the Tail Booster grants, and Virtue wipes out a few more with an even bigger laser than before. The battle seems to be in favor of the two Gundams so far, but sneaky Sarges turns the tide of battle with his Fangs. Kyrios also looses the Tail Booster courtesy of Ms. Peelis.

Kyrios enters Trans-Am mode, easily dodging anything the GN-X's can toss at him; similarly, Virtue enters Trans-Am and starts CHARGIN HIS LAZER >:D

Right after ordering a fall back, Lockon launches with the GN Armor, following his manly instincts.

After the huge laser burst, Lockon enters the fray with the GN Armor. Not able to snipe, he instead fires a large volley of GN Missiles, taking out a large number of GN-X forces. Daryl manages to escape, infuriated and humiliated.

Dynames in GN Armor easily destroys 2 of the 3 GN-X holding ships, and goes in for the final shot, only to be interrupted by Ali Al-Sarges.

Anger flooding through him, Lockon begins pursuit of the Throne, killer intent overflowing. Despite only having his left eye, Lockon pulls a Graham, slicing off one of the Throne's arms. But as fate would have it, Daryl kamikazes into Lockon, blowing off Dynames' right arm. Taking full advantage of the situation, Ali Al-Sarges sends out the Fangs, terribly crippling the Dynames.

Down but not out, Lockon moves the unit into the asteroids. He detaches the aiming rifle, comforting Haro and giving him a last order…then heads to fulfill his destiny.

Once the deed is done…his flashback and final hopes are left with us.

It was bound to happen…and the way they sent him off made it all the more beautiful. See you space cowboy.
