Following the events of previous episode, Lelouch has nightmares (well it's more like stuff that actually happened) regarding Nunnally. He wakes up to find his doting brother Rolo by his side.
Nunnally has made it safely to Japan Area 11, and she wastes no time in announcing her intention to reinitiate the Specially Administrated Zone of Japan - much to everyone's chagrin. Reactions include:

Japanese: Hell no, moar genocide?
Black Knights: Hell no, moar betrayal?

Someone looks a little familiar…

Emo Lelouch goes emo and goes off by himself. Kallen tries calling, but he breaks the receiver and throws it the window.

At Black Knight SECRET HQ Kaguya meets with Kallen, Ougi, and Tamaki. She complains about not receiving even a letter from Zero, and somehow she gets Kallen, C.C. and herself to be recognized as Zero's official harem.

Gather around and I'll draw us a symbol of friendship.

Elsewhere Cecile tortures a poor Guilford with her wasabi-sandwich.

A continually disillusioned Lelouch mopes more. Cheer up, emo kid. Also, Pizza Hut.

Good Lelouch, you look kind of cool there.

Lelouch stumbles upon some Japanese picking on another Japanese, something about Refrain. He says they're worse than Brtiannians, and they're about to beat him up but he Geass's them so that they end up looking like retards.

Ha, now THEY look like Refrain users. lols.

He ends up in the Shinjuku ghetto, where Kallen finds him about to inject himself Refrain. She knocks it from his hand, telling him to get a hold of himself. Lelouch decides to put the moves on her, which earns him a hearty slap. Rolo shows up, professing his undying incestuous love for Lelouch.

Too bad it doesn't happen :(

Suzaku has tracked down the Order of Black Knight's hideout, and has amassed a Britannian navy to arrest them.

Back at school, Lelouch and Rolo arrive to find fireworks. Lelouch heads to the roof to find Millay, Rivalz, and Shirley. They say they didn't go on the field trip because he wasn't around. Blah blah FRIENDS ARE THE BEST and WE SHOULD ALWAYS STICK TOGETHER.

Meanwhile the battle's not going so well for the Black Knights, that is, until Lelouch shows up. He tells them to fire some timed torpedoes in a certain direction. Suzaku's forces, now knowing the Order's location revealed by the torpedoes, moves in, but the ensuing explosion destroys some underwater structure, releasing millions of bubbles. Lakshata recognizes it as methane hydrate. In during farting jokes.

Zero then flies in carried by the Vincent, and announces that the Order of Black Knights will be joining the Specially Administrated Zone of Japan.

Lelouch sure knows how to pose.

Also BUBBLES, MILLIONS OF THEM > Britannia's navy. Hilarious.
Two very キタ━━━(゜∀゜)━━━!!!!!  moments, one with Kallen and the next with Rolo. Dear Rolo, you are unhealthily attracted to Lulu…though maybe that'll bring about some 9_9 I'll stop now. xD
So, the Specially Administrated Zone of Japan. Where's my destruction of Britannia, ka? :( Seems like the Chinese Federation's going to get a larger part next episode, too.
