Summary:
This one is gonna be short. Pretty much the group make their way to Earth for there summer vacation. Tsukune is thinking about his family and decides to contact them on his phone. He does get an answer from his mother and find out everything is fine. He seems to see there not to much worry about him so he hangs up. Later on, everyone is having fun on the beach. Moka and Tsukune try to get closer together but the others try there luck as well. While the teacher is off doing her own "food" shopping, we find out about a sunflower field that is killing people that walk through it. It's suppose to be a rumor but bad things have been happening. Meanwhile, the group is treating Yukari like a kid. So as she goes out to sulk, she meets another witch named Ruby. She sees the sight Yukari is in and wants her to join her in destroying all humans. It seems she's the one causing all the trouble in the sunflower field. First Yukari thinks about it, but decides that her way is wrong and she is happy with the friends she has. Ruby, having something wrong with her mind, decides that she's wrong and goes to punish the humans, namely Tsukune. After a fierce battle, Yukari is the one that defeats Ruby. But suddenly, after everything is done and Moka and Tsukune are about to give kissy face, he is slice like an apple by Ruby. This throws everyone into a crazy rage of hate as they all go after Ruby ending in a big explosion.
This is how they introduced Ruby into the scene. I still haven't read the manga yet, but as far as I know, this is all BS plotting. Ruby's mind being jacked up is a given but the other things like Tsukune getting sliced is something else. Now this is where I started getting confused on the series. Happy about the ecchi like always, but it's also what this series focused on the entire time. Now I usually never complain about ecchiness especially since I love Kanokon right now(It's so hawt!)but from I can see hear, they leave alot of important parts outta of the storyline. It seems this trend is happening also with To-Love Ru. Gonzo has been really changing alot of scerinos lately. Anyways, you'll see what I'm talking about when you see the next episode of this.

The episode totally stray from the manga and my eye brows twitched so badly that I almost had facial cramps. I’m exaggerating here though. (:
A redeeming point would be the ending; that it was rather cool. I like the part where Tsukune harem transforms and uses their powers.
