It’s officially that this Wednesday, or tomorrow or yesterday, is finally the long-anticipated start of the 2008 Fall Season, which will take over October up until the end of December.

What’s needed to be done and what has to be done.

I’m pretty much sure Nagato and the rest of my sempais are going to be covering the prominent series this season… namely these ones:

GUNDAM 00

Oh yeah, I forgot… Ok, there we go.

CLANNAD the After Story

No need for Rakuen to say this, but he will still say so: Almost every anime blog has its eyes on the After Story, because there’s a lot of anticipation built up with it during the 2 seasons that went by. And that cute little girl in the second screenshot is Ushio, and for those who haven’t known about her yet, she’s Tomoya and Nagisa’s daughter. That’s right- DAUGHTER! DAUGHTER DAUGHTER DAUGHTER!!!

And for those who have already played the Visual Novel of CLANNAD, this will be like playing the game once again in the Nagisa Arc.

Spoiler: It will be revealed here about the girl in the vast field and the house with the robot, who she really is, and there are a lot of tragedies in store. This will not be as bright as the first season, this is where Winter will take place in the midst of Summer.

EF- A TALE OF MELODIES

This is the sequel to Ef- A Tale of Memories. It will focus on Amamiya Yuko, the mysterious lady in a nun’s dress though she’s not really a nun in the first season. This series will tackle her affiliation with Yu Himura, the guy who was Chihiro’s guardian.

And the girl with the gold hair, the friend of Kei in Memories, I think this will also show her relation with Yuko, as seen in the first picture.

VAMPIRE KNIGHT GUILTY

Yes, due to insistent public demand, the sequel came. I think.

JUNJOU ROMANTICA 2

*facepalms* I don’t have to say anything about this.

TORADORA!

I guess not everyone are in because of the tsundere. I heard it has a very nice story. I’m gonna check out the manga.

and these are some series that caught my interest and most probably, I’ll be covering one or two of them:

AKANE IRO NI SOMARU SAKA

I have no background yet with the story, but I’m gonna check it out since there are big names in the cast: Hirano Aya-sama, Kugimiya Rie, Inoue Marina, and Tanaka Rie.

CHAOS; HEAD

I think this has the chance to stand to the levels of DOUBT and Mirai Nikki, though they haven’t been produced into anime yet. I checked the story and it’s damn interesting.

TODAY IN CLASS 5-2

This is Koharu Sakuraba’s debut manga. He’s the mind behind Minami-ke, so it’s worth checking out.
