Hey, that’s kinda like my drawing style. Oh well…
Yuu and Yuuko aren’t actually blood-related; they came from the same orphanage and treated each other like a true sibling (well, that’s more on Yuuko’s side). But one day, he never saw her again and never heard about her.
By the way, Hirono Nagi has been featured again in this episode, although I’m still not sure what kind role she’ll be taking here. BUT I do enjoy her scenes…
Yuuko kept pestering Yuu, even after he said never to come close to him. She just reasoned that Yuu chose to tell her not to come close to him, but she can choose to do whatever she wants.
She asked him to accompany her for a bit, and they went to the school’s rooftop. He asked why she has the key to the roof. It was actually a duplicated key by an upperclassman some time ago, and it’s been passed through the generations, and now it’s with Yuuko. (This could be another element for the storyline, well who knows?)
It’s been like forever with him left in the orphanage (without Yuuko, and/or his sister), and he said he was only set free when he got accepted in Otowa in a scholarship. There was no one to teach him in the orphanage, so he tried to become a bit more independent faster. So again, he stressed to Yuuko never to come close to him, because he doesn’t want to remember those times again. Then she mentioned he should just forget about the red watch.
Back to the present, to Pedobear, I mean Kuze, Mizuki is cosplaying Nurse Meido, and even forced Renji to lend them his dirty clothes, even though he’d do them himself. Poor Renji, he almost got raped by Mizuki just for laundry, but that’s not such a bad idea…
Kuze started playing the violin back when he met Johann Malzel’s daughter in a music room, she was his first love. Before long, he found out she was born in 1815. She was a teacher to him, named Metronome. Wait, that was a joke. Haha!
A bit of a while after telling that, Kuze started to have a sudden blurred vision and fainted. It was really fun when Mizuki tried to drag him to a sofa, but she kept on getting his head banging to the side of the table, not that she meant it.
I think, back before, Yuu actually had a true sister (Akane) but met a sad ending, then Yuuko came.
And he keeps on remembering Akane when he sees Yuuko. But she loves being with him, but his memories would get in the way between them. His younger sister died in an accident, she understood that, then that was the last time he saw her from the orphanage.
And so he believed that whatever happens, everyone would be left alone in the end, whether they be blood related or not.
Back in the rooftop, Yuuko said Yuu was her first love, and her first love isn’t over yet. She said she’d make him forget.

Back to Kuze, his health condition was presented in an abstract; it was said he’s becoming slower. “Is your metronome really the heart of a musician? Is your heart the metronome of a musician?” (I’m having guesses that Kuze might actually have little time left to live?.) Mizuki saw the violin by his side and asked if he could play it at last, but then again, he said he couldn’t. And OMG, she said she’s fallen in love with him. Kuze, you pedo/stud!
Finality
There were some things I did not get in this episode, but I’m hopeful they’ll get straightened out next episode. It was quite the nice episode, perhaps 8 out of 10?
By the way, I’ll be using this style in the images, but I hope you guys won’t get confused with the orders in the sets of pics, since there’s actually no order. I just put together shots of one scene or two scenes.
Well, that’s that. Now I’m officially in the spirit of working again.
