Chitose is sweeping the front as Haruma leaves for class. She wishes him well, and then goes to cook some beef stew. She intends on offering it to him under the pretense of 'cooking too much'. Cue to later that day, and she is standing in front of Haruma's door, puzzling on how to offer the stew. As she is troubling about whether or not he likes onions or carrots in the stew, Makoto comes up from behind and molests her.

Ooh-la la!
Makoto then asks Chitose for stew too, to which Chitose reluctantly agrees. As they are talking, the neighbor guy from the first episode comes up. Makoto asks him if he's found a job yet, and he hasn't. (Another bum, eh?) He claims he has something to do and goes into his room.

Like what, fapping?
Makoto then pushes Chitose into Haruma's room, telling her to give him the stew. Unfortunately, he'd just gotten out of the shower, and is in nothing but a bath towel. As they panic, Makoto laughs her ass off.
Later, Chitose is at the supermarket, where she sees some Valentine's chocolate. She begins daydreaming about giving it to Haruma. (I'm guessing her high school crush is a non-issue now.) Choco shows up, and asks her what the Valentine's chocolate is. Chitose initally says she is giving it to someone, but since Choco doesn't know what Valentines is she decides to say that it is for herself.
The next day, as Haruma is leaving, Makoto ambushes him outside his door and asks him for Valentine's Day chocolate. (I'm assuming it's Valentine's Day.) Haruma brushes her off and leaves. After he's gone, Choco asks Makoto what Valentine's Day is. Makoto is surprised that Choco doesn't know, and with a sly look on her face, 'explains' Valentine's to Choco.
Haruma greets Ayano-san as he passes the flower shop. She stops him, and gives him a Valentine's Day chocolate. He's embarrassed until she explains that it's something her shop does for frequent customers. (Yeah, I bet he frequents that shop for flowers.)
At the university, Haruma sees that his class is canceled. At that, someone calls to him from behind.

Hmm, another harem member? Maybe not…
Tamami-senpai has a part-time job opffer for Haruma. (More like one-time, but whatever.) Haruma calls home and tells Choco he'll be home late. Haruma's job involves selling Valentine's Day chocolate. Since it will be half-price, the store manager expects it to sell extremely well.

Looks like it does.
While taking the subway home, Haruma has a dream. He dreams coming home and seeing a giant present box in the hallway. When he opens it, Choco pops out, wearing nothing but ribbon wrap. Haruma is startled, and Choco says that Valentine's Day is when someone gives Choco to another.

When he returns, Chitose is about to offer him the Valentine's Day chocolate she bought at the supermarket. However, he says that he is sick of seeing chocolate due to his job, and she decides against it. She then accidentally ruins the chocolate by sitting on it.
When Haruma opens the door to his room, he sees a cardboard box in the hallway. (Talk about precognition.) He sighs, then seals the box with duct tape and shoves it into a closet.
Later Choco writes about how Valentine's Day was dark, confined, and not a good experience.
Choco has just finished cooking Haruma breakfast, and wakes him up. She's wearing nothing but an apron, and when she turns around to wipe the counter …well,

Haruma stares for a little, before calling her an idiot. Choco asks him if he likes aprons or bunny girls, and he says no embarrassingly. She becomes puzzled and says that it contradicts what her instruction manual says. Seriously, is anyone ever going to check the sanctity of that notebook?
Choco asks if Haruma doesn't need to go to class today, and he realizes he's late. She watches as he leaves. Despite that, he manages to find time to chat with his crush, Ayano-san, who owns the flower shop near their apartments.
Cue to a woman in the subway station. (Hmm, I wonder who this is. *cough*grand-daughter*cough*) She is about to board the subway, but the influx of people exiting knock her bags away, and when she bends to try and retreive them another bump causes one of her contacts to fall out. As she panicks, Haruma shows up with both her bags. He begins helping her find her contact lens, which somehow ended up on her chest.
She thanks him as he leaves, and… well, her cheeks are blushing. (So about that +1…) Anyway as soon as he's gone she manages to crush her contact lens. Grand-daughter then pulls out her glasses, and a flashback begins. Back in high school, she was about to confess to her crush, but overhears him talking with his friends about her. Her crush says that he isn't interested in 'ugly girls with glasses'. /flashback. Time passes, and she is now trying to find Tsubaki estate (Haruma's apartment). She gets lost and wanders around for a while, bumping into trashcans and such. (Yeah, your typical glasses-girl-with-big-breasts-who's-also-really-clumsy.)
When she finally reaches the apartments, she realizes that she cannot enter the manager's room, because she lost the key. Choco then shows up.

Yeah, ding-ding-ding about the grand-daughter thing.
Choco decides to help her find the key. More trashcan bumping. They aren't having much success and end up sitting on a park bench. They talk, and Choco says she is living alone with her 'Onii-chan'.

Grand-daughter is a bit suspicious of her relation with 'Onii-chan', oho.
Serikawa Chitose (Yes I know she doesn't introduce herself until later in the episode, but typing 'grand-daughter' sounds really lame.) feels uncomfortable by her own thoughts and decides to buy her and Choco a drink. It's then when she finds the key, it's sticking out from beneath the drink machine. However, being the klutz she is, she trips and falls, dropping the key.

That's a crow's beak. It flies away. With the key.
The situation seems hopeless now, but Choco…

With pinpoint accuracy, Choco throws her choco at the keys. (Note I said keys, not bird.)
Time passes. Chitose has finished sweeping the front, as Haruma returns. He recognizes her from earlier, and she thanks him again. He makes some comment about glasses, and she becomes very self-conscious, thinking back to her high school days. However, he compliments her on them …which makes her blush.
That night, Choco writes in her diary. Haruma asks her if she said anything weird about their relationship to Chitose. Choco begins spouting a lot of inappropriate words, which alarms Haruma. Choco says that those things are all written in her instruction manual. Chitose overhears their conversation as she is about to present them with a move-in greeting, and decides to come back later.

The intro looks… a lot like episode 1. 'Santa' shows up and gives him… oh wait, nevermind. She's here to take back Choco, because apparently other people want little sisters too. Haruma is given gift certificates as compensation. Of course, it's just a nightmare, and Haruma wakes up. He becomes panicked again when he sees her bed empty, but she's actually been sleeping with him in his bed. (Mhmm, yeah.)
It's New Year's, so Choco asks Haruma for a New Year's gift - as specified by the instruction manual. Haruma had no intention of giving her one, so he hastily comes up with something on the spot.

Lol, cheapass.
As they eat breakfast, Choco continues to harp about New Year's food and activities, so Haruma says that they will go visit the temple. As they are there, they meet some creepy old guy who says he is Haruma's neighbor. Choco and Haruma then proceed to participate in the temple activities, including pouring of water onto hands and making wishes. (Idk what they're actually called, bite me.)
Back at the apartment, they receive a visitor:

Token girl-who-actually-has-a-crush-on-protagonist-but-won't-get-any. Her name's Ashirai Makoto. From the looks of it, she's a (drinking) bum. She's brought sake to Haruma's apartment to drink, because 'her apartment is too dirty'. Considering that she came in wearing nothing but a sweatshirt and panties, the real reason is pretty clear. Haruma and Makoto begin drinking, and Choco is left out because… well, she's underage. The next person to arrive is the landlady. She brings uh, some more alcohol, which Choco continually eyes.
The landlady tells Haruma and Makoto that she will be retiring, and will be leaving in 3 days. When asked what will happen to the apartments:

Granddaughter, eh? +1 to harem.
The next morning, Haruma has a hangover from drinking too much. Since Haruma is out of commission, Choco decides to explore the town by herself. She comes across a park where two kids are playing badminton, and they play together. Later, she sees a kid and his mother exiting a store carrying Poki.

(ZOMGOMGOGMGL POCKY)
She decides to buy some, but ends up buying crayons instead. (The box art was more colorful.) She goes back to the kids and offers them the crayons, and it doesn't take much to figure out that she screwed up. Being kids, they are a little harsh and she feels hurt. Notwithstanding, I think she wanted to make sure the crayons weren't edible:

Choco arrives back at the apartments, where she meets the landlady. The landlady suggests that Choco writes a diary, and gives her a (real) New Year's Present - it's enough to buy a diary AND snacks. Ooh. Haruma comes back from… uh, somewhere (Srsly, I have no clue.) and asks Choco what she's doing. She says that she's writing a diary and will show it to him when she's done. The episode ends with a bird's eye view of their apartment-that-looks-more-like-a-house.
I totally forgot why I downloaded this.
Early morning, the main character, Haruma Kawagoe (No, you never really find out his name in this episode, but whatever.) is woken up by the sound of someone knocking on his window. He opens it to find a woman riding a motorcycle and wearing Christmas paraphernalia . This person claims to be none other than:

Surprise, surprise. OH_U, Japan. She throws a large bag at him and asks him to sign a paper UPS-style. GUESS WHAT’S IN THE BAG?
Haruma opens the bag and discovers a young girl. He’s shocked and wants to know what’s going on, but ‘Santa’ brushes him off saying it’s the little sister he wished to have for Christmas. (Aha, wut?) Haruma apparently made this wish many years ago when he was a child.
[Actual Dialogue:
Haruma: "Wut took so long lol?"
Santa: "Not as easy as making a robot, dummy."]
‘Santa’ forces his signature and then flies off on her hoverbike. ‘Kay.

Haruma is puzzled about what to do with the girl when she suddenly starts emanating GN particles and wakes up. The girl immediately recognizes Haruma as her ‘Onii-chan’, and offers to cook something for him - failing miserably. They resort to eating bread, and Haruma asks if she has a name. NAME FEATURE NOT INCLUDED. Haruma decides to call her ‘Choco’, something to do with the notebook she’s carrying around. (Oh yeah I forgot to mention the notebook, it’s Choco’s instruction manual for herself. She refers to it on how to act towards Haruma.) So Haruma suggests they go shopping to buy her some girls’ clothes (and lingerie).
So they do some shopping. ‘Kay. Haruma ends up spending most of his savings, foregoing his original intention of purchasing a computer and A/C. They end up in a restaurant for lunch, and Haruma begins to reminisce about his childhood. His mother was apparently going to have a child, and lil’Haruma was very excited to have a little sister. However, modern medicine fails and the child dies during birth, leaving Haruma’s mother barren. lil’Haruma then wishes to have a little sister for Christmas. More GN particles.

They’re at the jewelry section when Haruma glimpses a pin that would be the perfect Christmas present for his crush, Ayano-san. (Well, it’s nice to know Haruma isn’t taking the incest route. Actually, would it be incest? Hrmm…) Choco gets bored and wanders off. Haruma completes his purchase and notices that she’s gone missing …and so he goes looking for her. She wanders back, but he’s already gone.

Well, problem solved. Haruma picks up Choco from the day-care center, on the way home she can’t stop crying. Haruma appeases her tears by giving her the pin he intended for Ayano-san. And she…

Incest’s back on the menu, people! :D (Also GN particles.)
According to the Choco’s instruction manual, she should give him a kiss in return for the present. The episode ends with Haruma sitting dazed in the snow.
…Okay, I think I remember why I downloaded this series, lawl.
