Misaki manages to get Usami horny again, so they're gripped in the throes of love when Usami's editor Aikawa bursts in.
Excellent timing.
Being the first time he's met her, Misaki notices how attractive Aikawa is. (Not fully homo yet!) At school, Sumi-sempai plants the seed of doubt in Misaki by saying that Usami is dating Aikawa. This sets off Misaki, who, despite trying to act superficially hetero, ultimately succumbs to jealousy and pining over Usami.
Show of hands for Sumi-sempai is also gay: o/
As Misaki becomes more and more paranoid, he drugs himself to sleep with chocolates. Usami comes home to find Misaki sleeping with his shirt, and promptly drags the latter off to the bedroom for some hot dickings. And hot dickings there was.

Misaki is still unable to openly declare his love for Usami, despite its obviousness.
Thoughts:
Hahaha, Misaki will soon been as gay as can be over heels for Usami. Just a matter of time. But c'mon, the jealousy thing? Usami regularly drags Misaki away to have consensual raep, but the sudden appearance of a woman has the latter wanting to seize back (as if it was ever lost) his position as a raep toy.
That aside, Aikawa's lipstick was just a bit plastered on, wasn't it?

I have to agree. When I first saw it, I thought they screwed up on the art. She looked better when they first met when she was young. Cause she had no lipstick!

I love this series! Even though it’s so frustrating that throughout the whole series, even when Misaki does tell Usagi he loves him, he always pushes him away. It drives me up the wall. The raep is nice though :P

usagi-san and misaki is a cute couple. but I dont understand thy misaki freaks out when he make a mindmap that he had sleept with sagi-san. but I love junjou romantica it`s the best yaoi ever.
and misaki is so kawaii every time sagi-san kiss misaki.
