Anyway, Jeremiah goes for direct attack of Damocles, but is denied by Blaze Luminous. Xingke surprise buttsecks Lulu’s force from behind, and hey look I found where all of Sunrise’s animation budget went:
While Suzaku is swatting away Toudou and Tamaki, Xingke manages to severely damage the Avalon. Lulu is forced into his backup plan (Which I assume was the whole purpose of this battle) and abandons the Avalon. He also says something about plan Apate Aretia, whatever that is. Arthur does, though:
Arthur knows where it’s at.
Hey look, some kind of flimsy plot device to explain why Nina decided to help Lulu out.
Moving right along, Lulu tells C.C. she is “important military resources lololol”. They get close, but just then Kallen bursts in. Cue inevitable fanboy raeg.
Elsewhere…

Getting in Shinkiro, Lulu takes a squadron and heads straight for Damocles. Schneizel Nunnally launches a FLEIA, and he puts his plan into action. With the device Nina created, Lulu has 19 seconds to input the environmental data of the location where FLEIA will be at so as to match its composition, at which point Suzaku will have 0.04 (Suzaku beats his own 0.05 second record!) seconds to execute it, in order to nullify FLEIA.
…I think. Either way it’s hard to take FLEIA too seriously anymore.
Of course, nothing is impossible for Lulu and Suzaku BL pairing
Lulu holds open the barrier for the knightmare squad, and hey… more of Sunrise’s animation budget being put to good use!
Nunnally has fallen and can’t get up.
As Lulu’s team makes a mess of Damocles, Schneizel decides to abandon the floating fortress and fire a FLEIA at it, effectively entombing Lulu. HinderGino shows up to hinder Lulu, and ends up facing off against Suzaku.

Elsewhere the battle rages on, C.C. faces off against Kallen and loses. Kallen snubs C.C., which, I suppose, gives viewers even more reason to bash on her.

These people wouldn’t die even if they were killed.
Sayoko, Lloyd, and Cecile have freed the hostages, joining up with Xingke. (Plan Apate Aretia?) Also, since people don’t die, Cornelia x Guilford romance is still a possibility. xD

Schneizel, Canon, and Diethard make it to the escape craft, only to find that Lulu has beat them to the chase. Lulu and Schneizel converse through video chat, though it’s all just a ruse. Lulu appears behind Schneizel, and Geass’s him. Diethard says that Zero’s time is over, bringing out a pistol, but is shot by Schneizel. As he lays dying, Diethard wants Lulu to Geass him, and is rejected.
No.
Meanwhile Canon is off to the side reliving his lusty encounters with Schneizel, thanks to refrain.
Somewhere else we set up the plot for the final face-off between Suzaku and Kallen…
Lulu finds Nunnally, and she does this:

What.
Nunnally ends the episode by asking Lulu if he will Geass her.
Thoughts:
Well, that’s that for Schneizel. Lulu sure loves his predictive recordings. I was expecting a little more from Schneizel, but as /a/ says, he’s not final boss, etc.
Oh hay can someone tell me how Cornelia got off of Damocles? ;D
Nunnally’s eyes sure creepy. I predict that next episode will spend a good amount of time having Lulu convince his imouto that he loves her and that Schneizel is a knob. Well, either that or it’ll be a review episode, judging by the “nexto stage-o”.
That’s all I have to say, aside from pointing out that Kallen’s popularity is in a downward trend.

Yes I thought all the budget went into the eye opener at the end too. It took them 40+ episodes to get to Nunnally’s eyes after all.

I’m guessing Guilford is blind now (or does he just dig sunglasses now)? I was actually kind of sad Lelouch and C.C. didn’t get to kiss. : /

i am still thinking if i should look at the canon thing that people seem traumatized about… maybe when my internet is faster. -_- took me 20 minutes to load everything here. i didn’t find nunally’s eyes particularly creepy. maybe it was because i watched too many mahou shoujos back then, but i wonder how she got back on where wheelchair… unless she can walk too :o

I enjoyed seeing Nunnally crawling on the floor searching desparately for that key. :D Lelouch should just make her take it along with Kaguya as well.
Cornelia getting spared by Schnizel is fine. BUT GUILFORD ABSOLUTELY SHOULD BE DEAD!! I did think of a tiny remote possibility of him surviving because it was never shown, so that was open to interpretation, but in the end I thought he should just go the fuck away like Clovis.
